Course Learning Objectives/Outcomes

By the end of the course, the Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker or Psychologist will be able to:

-Name three self-destructive behaviors.
-Name three types of triggers related to PTSD.
-Explain how does Yalom define an “adaptive spiral.”
-Discuss thirteen posttraumatic responses to children following a natural disaster.
